This ideal family home would suit the fussiest of holiday makers, with 4 large bedrooms all with built in robes , 2 large separate living areas, 2 bathrooms, hostess kitchen with 900mm cooking appliances and stone bench tops. Polished hardwood floors throughout. NOT PET FRIENDLY Free Wifi & Table Tennis Table. Features a baby safety gate adjustable as required. 4 bedrooms. Sleeps 10. Upstairs: 1 x Queen with ensuite Downstairs: 1 x Queen 1 x Queen 2 x Bunks (4 singles) LINEN NOT SUPPLIED. Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. Upstairs is well designed for the whole family to spend time together in a very spacious lounge / kitchen area. Great idea to have a spare toilet and hand basin. The bedroom upstairs is quite a good size which includes walk-in robe and en suite. Downstairs very spacious too. It also has a good sized loungeroom and three bedrooms. What we didn't like was the safety and security for our young children were: \* The garage roller door was not working properly. We had to open and shut it manually. I rang reported to the agent. Unfortunately it wasn't repaired. \* There is no gate upstairs on the outside stairs. \* No lock on the side gate to the garden. \* Inside the house was quite clean but all sliding doors were full of cobwebs. Overall we recommend the house and we wouldn't mind to rent it again as long as these points are rectified for the safety and security for all, especially our children. We were warm and cosy and enjoyed the very good amenities of the kitchen and appreciated the extra items in the pantry. The bedroom arrangements were perfect for 5 adults and two children. The check in process was very quick and easy, it didn't worry us to call in at First National for the key. We were somewhat disconcerted not to find a hair dryer anywhere on the property and ended up having to go out and buy one. When mentioned to First National on returning the key, they promised to follow this matter up with the owners. This property could easily accommodate a couple of families without feeling cramped. We enjoyed our stay and were sorry not to experience the outdoor areas due to inclement weather. ##### Anita Sweeney ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Rachel K. 20 juin 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### AMAZING!!!! This house was everything that my friends and I expected and so much more, It was very well presented, very clean and very spacious. The table tennis and the air hockey table in the garage kept us entertained for hours pasted our bedtime 😂 I WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK THIS HOUSE AGAIN!!!!
