Crank up the wood heater and take the chill out of the cooler days. Well equipped kitchen with electric cooking and microwave has serving window into the dining area. There are 3 bedrooms tastefully furnished sleeping 8 comfortably. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There is a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine - all set up to make for an enjoyable holiday. The house is set back from the road in a large fully fenced garden. Step out from the kitchen to the outdoor seating area with gas BBQ or move to the great Bali style hut. Pets are welcome - Strictly outside (Conditions apply) \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations.
