The staff is what makes this property such a wonderful experience! No matter the individual staff members function, they are all focused on excellent guest experience! Special shout out to Constanta for making sure all our needs were met whether we were lounging at the pool or on the patio dining area or dining inside! She greeted us daily and made sure we were always being taken care of!

I think when you book this place as a package with flights and hotel, the Sheraton automatically puts you in the very back old rooms with no robes, no nothing in the rooms. There were plenty of empty rooms not so far back however they wouldn’t put us there. I’ve stayed here several times and the package works was by far the worst one yet.

When our favorite hotel of past years was booked we chose the Sheraton Suites. We stayed for 4 days and decided this would be our new favorite. Rooms are large,clean and comfortable. During our interaction with the staff we found them to be friendly, helpful and wanting us to have a great stay. There was 0ne glitch, our room was missed one day by housekeeping, we called and even though it was late afternoon they sent a maid to clean our room.

Everything was great until the college spring break kids came. They did take over the pool area. Took our chairs. Hard to even get in the pool because there were so many of them. DJ was very loud. They were catered to. It was a let down when they arrived.

This property was advertised as Ocean Front. The room was not ocean front. In fact, this property does not have any ocean front rooms. This property and our room is in a parking lot with a busy road in front of the hotel. After the road came a cement barrier, dunes, and then the ocean. At the very best you might get a ocean view from the third floor. Not OCEAN FRONT. The room itself was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. For the price this hotel is far from worth it. We will never stay at this resort again and do not recommend it to anyone.

The shuttle service to old town was nice. The air conditioning did not work in the afternoon. Our room was 88 degrees Fahrenheit.

Nice location, nice beach across the street, employees were very friendly, but in the section that we were in, the air conditioning was being worked on. 3 guests that I spoke to mentioned how extremely hot and humid that it was on the 3rd floor (top). At first, the desk clerk, stated that there was no problem, but then stated that they were working on the air conditioning. I realize that it can get hot, but I should not be sweating in the room with the temperature set at 62 degrees and be told that they are not aware of any problems. The bathroom slide door was stuck closed, we reported this and the maintenance worker said that you can not close it all the way because of possibility of it happening again.

This ranks as the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. I called the front desk for a room service menu and was told if I wanted one, I had to go there to get one. We ordered dinner which arrived in plastic bags, no plates and plastic cutlery. The food was inedible. On both days of our stay, we came back to the room after 5 pm to find that our room had not been serviced. I could not wait to leave.

The property is nice and clean. We booked a room with a garden view, but all we could see was the parking lot. Staff was friendly. There was no info in the room about amenities, room service or how to use the phone. We expected better service for the price.

Courtyard view room had no balcony. Not well advertised. Network channels were not available on the TV and TV was analog and had poor picture quality. Brochure and website need to be updated. Some of the information is not correct since the renovation. Resort such as this should have a business center or public computer and printer at a minimum.

I liked that they had a shuttle both from the airport and to downtown on the hours. I also liked that there was a beach across the street. The shuttles should have been more often than 1 per hour. Shuttle was limited to 11 passengers (although to their credit the regular shuttle supposedly holds 21 guests was in shop and often someone got left behind.) I also did not like things listed on their website that were not true! First, claimed to have 2 restaurants- yes, but both had same menu (which was 1 page and blah food), claimed local food delivery but staff could only name a pizza place.etc. Had no sundries shop so don’t forget anything eg toothpaste. Also had an issue with what the manager called “sugar bugs”. I acknowledged that we had not done room service so as to be green. She advised room would be cleaned and then sprayed for bugs. Returned that night to find room NOT cleaned so unsure about spraying - but did not see any more bugs -but we might have killed them all (about 20 or so)

I do apologize for the long wait with the shuttle, our big shuttle is under maintenance and we are using two vans both of which only hold up to 8 people. In regards to the receptionist, I sincerely apologize for the attitude of the receptionist. We have hired several new people and our working on giving guests the best check in experience possible. Our arrival was disappointing. The hotel overbooked and we ended up at a different hotel for the evening. We had to get Expedia involved to get the hotel to treat us right and fair. The rest of the stay, the hotel was very accommodating and treated us right. The hotel was ok. Housekeeping did not show up everyday. We heard from other guest they didn't show up everyday, also. The food and the bar prices were outrageous. A couple of nice items. The hotel runs a shuttle close to Duval St. all day up to midnight. It's about a 10 minute drive. Tip the driver if you like. A very nice beach is right across the street from the hotel. You can rent a beach cot and umbrella. Food vendors and bathrooms are present at the beach. There are no restaurants or shops within walking distance at the hotel. Overall, a very nice hotel.

We were told their was no coffee pots for the room and that we needed to get coffee down the hall way. Another member of our group was given a 36 dollar discount off her bill because she inquired about a coffee pot and was rewarded and we were blown off. Other members our our group had a coffee pot in their rooms.

.. everything great...no complaints about anything ...need a little more night live entertainment for the hotel guess and more of a variety 8pm to 12am dining restaurants to choose from...more variety of food to choose from....hamburger...hotdogs...nuggets...fries...hot or lemon pepper wings.

Overall it was a very nice stay. Very close to the beach, nice hotel. Although during our stay there was no Wi-Fi service for three days. Room cleanliness was very good although there is a room for improvement for in-room service, asked for some toiletries but never recieved them. Although we got updated room, the tub itself needs to be updated.Nice touch to include services from sunset water sports on the beach but needs to include umbrellas and beach chairs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful. Shuttle service was great to the downtown area. Very convenient. Our only complaint was the wi-fi was very slow and the pool was not heated.

There was no heat in the pool first time in four years of staying there. The ADA pool lift has been removed and is broken. No date as to when it will be replaced.

I apologize for your dislike of the pool temperature, I have looked into this matter and maintenance has informed me that the heater in the pool is working properly. We keep the temperature in the pool at a lower temperature due to the higher temperature of Key West. In regards to the ADA chair, we do not have one near the pool only by the hot tub and it is in full working order now. The Sheraton was a great place to stay. It was recently updated, and beautiful. Mornings by the pool, and across the street your at the beach. Was concerned that we were a bit far from Duval St, but it actually was nice to break away from the craziness. Would stay here again.
