Summary:
Kick back in backyard Eames chairs. Whip up a snack at the marble-topped kitchen counter and kick back on the charcoal couch. This urban oasis is just a few hundred feet from the famous Roebling Bridge which leads right into the thriving streets of downtown Cincinnati. Off street parking, Self-Check-in, beautiful outdoor space and fast Wi-Fi are just a few of the things that will help you relax during your stay.

The Space:
This building was built in 1863 but was completely renovated in 2018! Luckily for us that means we have all the charm of a historic house and neighborhood with all the convenience and amenities of a modern designed space. This BnB has many art pieces and all of them are sourced from local artists.

Guest Access:
This is Apartment 1 and you enter through the beautiful entry way in the front of the house.

You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 1.

Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

The Neighborhood:
Licking Riverside is a quaint, historic district with beautiful Italianate and Victorian style homes. Walk around the corner to Lil's Bagels and Keystone Bar and Grill and head up the street to grab a cup of coffee at Leftbank Coffee House.

Getting Around:
Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington.

Other Things to Note:
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions.

As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.

Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with you is minimal unless you need us. In that case, we can be there in minutes!
