Located at 634 Monmouth St., our new studio apartment in our little boutique hotel, is 3 blocks to the Northern Kentucky riverfront (Newport on the Levee), or a 20 minute walk to downtown Cincinnati/ REDS games. Surrounded by great restaurants, nightlife, and, family activities. Close to aquarium, stadiums, shopping. Two music venues added; Ovation and Icon.
You’ll love the ambiance, the outdoors space, the lively neighborhood, the people! It will all give you a historic perspective of this quaint town!

A large screened porch with comfy furniture and eating area. We are always a phone call away, but we are often at our boutique, Urban Chick (part of the building), and we live only 5 minutes away. As a guest, receive 20% off all purchases at Urban Chick Boutique! Also, a new wine and bourbon bar in the boutique.
We concentrate on cleanliness, great beds and great bathrooms. As well as extraordinary service!

The experience was incredibly welcoming, with the host creating a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like being at home. It didn't feel like a corporate money-driven establishment; instead, it felt very comfortable and friendly. I slept really well because of this vibe, and I'm excited to come back for more games and fun activities in the Cincinnati area.

Perfect stay for a visit to University of Cincinnati
I stayed here with my daughter for a scheduled tour of University of Cincinnati. Loved this place and the location! The hosts were great with communication and we met Terri in the boutique and enjoyed talking with her And the other customers. The option to have a drink while shopping in the boutique after a long day of walking on the college campus, was perfect! We stayed in apartment number four and loved it! It had everything we needed. If my daughter ends up going to Cincinnati, this will definitely be our go to place to stay for visits.

Great Location!
My sister and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It's just as described, clean and convenient. We appreciated that there were quite a few restaurants and things to explore within walking distance and the drives to our planned events in Florence and Cincinnati were easy. Love this place
My wife and I have stayed at this place more times than I can remember (and every room except #5). Every experience has been fantastic. It is perfectly located for our use (visiting our children attending UC). Our youngest graduates in Spring 2024, so we will be back a few more times.

Perfect
My wife and I have stayed here numerous times. We have been in every room except #5 (maybe next trip). Every room is exactly as described, very clean with comfortable beds. They are perfectly located for our visits to UC. This property is the first one I check every time we plan a trip to the area. I would highly recommend it.
