This spacious studio is close to everything you'll need on your next trip, but secluded and away from it all for the perfect, quiet getaway! The rental's furnished deck has a bistro table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine and take in the garden view. Inside, you can log into your Netflix account and watch your favorite shows and movies from the couch or the bed.

What's nearby:
For dine-in or takeout, there are many options within a few minutes of this home. You can also get groceries at the Safeway just off 272nd. Enjoy a day in and on the water at Lake Meridian Park with swimming areas, a playground, and picnic spots, less than two miles west. To explore Seattle, you can drive about 26 miles north, or take the Sounder. The Kent Sounder Station is just six miles from the studio and runs Monday through Friday.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
