This duplex is ideally located a short walk a block from the renewed Mainstrasse Village, wake for an early stroll, (coffee in hand, of course!) through the local shops, and be sure to savor a bite from any of the fantastic eateries, just steps away from this place and forget all your worries!

The Space:
Maintaining the original pieces and high ceilings of the home, the beautiful hardwoods, stylish sofa, and cushy carpet only favor the rustic character of the space in this 1st floor apartment.
With a fully equipped kitched, WIFI, and smart TV's, you can catch up on all your favorite shows with home cooking, if you wish! In addition, this space has easy access, key - less and personalized coded entry provided in your check in details to help allow you with flexible check in and direct access at any time!
The friendly neighborhood. The distance to the Brewery District and the walk to the many wedding venues off Madison Avenue in Covington are simply a bonus!

Guest Access:
No stress of finding a street parking spot, there is guest parking provided directly in front of the apartment. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

The Neighborhood:
Located within the geographical triangle consisting of Mainstrasse Village, Roebling Bridge / Northern Kentucky Convention Center, and the Braxton Brewery / Madison Wedding Venues, you really have a great location.

Mutter Gottes neighborhood, consists of tree-lined streets and brick town homes named after the Mother of God Church, which is a beautiful landmark within this neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Walking and driving work great.
A new service called Oggo, Uber and Lyft are available in the area, along with a Bus Route that can take you over to Cincy, where the Reds and Bengals play at the Reds and Bengals stadiums. From sporting events, you could take a short uber ride to OTR (Over-The-Rhine) or anywhere in downtown Cincinnati.

Great Location!
Amazing location within walking distance of Mainstrasse. Check-in/out was super easy. This was perfect for our evening out to celebrate a birthday with dinner and drinks after.

Incredible Location!!!
We absolutely loved this location!!! It was close to Mainstrasse and to Madison Ave! I felt like we could walk anywhere, including across the bridge to the Bengals game! (But know, it is only a few blocks from the trolley stop, which is a great asset!) The bed was very comfortable and the place was very spacious!

Perfectly nice stay for couples!
Location is great! Within a short walking distance to Main street, with a number of great shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy. It's a fun area! Cute First floor, 1 bd rm apt, is spacious, kitchen/bathroom have everything you'll need and it's clean(with the exception of the living rm. furniture(sofa),...it could use a deep cleaning). Train is close by, you get use to the sound fairly quickly. You might need to use a sound app/noise machine to help drown it out at night. Parking can be a challenge at times....but it's manageable. Overall, it's priced right and you'll enjoy your stay.

Exactly what we needed
We liked it and will return. We may try another one of your properties next time. The process to rent was seamless. I was initially taken back by the agreement and the double, triple, notes about curfew and parties. I can only imagine that is a struggle for renters so understood. The check in process was very smooth. The place was spacious for us. residential parking out back was not available. We had to find a spot on the street which can be challenging. The place was clean but I wouldn’t say deep cleaned. I’m a little over-the-too about cleanliness so I put that on me. My guy didn’t notice things that I did so i won’t call them out here. Lol Overall, we really like the place and the location. Close walking distance to mainstrause and we also walked to Newport for music and took an $8 Uber that night to get back. We’ll rent again in the future. The price was competitive and we were happy with our stay.

Wonderful!
This condo is clean and very cute! The neighborhood is amazing! You can walk everywhere, no need for a car to get to great restaurants and bars! Mainstrausse is like being in a little Hallmark community! Cincinnati is a short drive away. I highly recommend staying here!
