When I booked the room I assumed that I was getting a no smoking room. As it turns out they book the cheapest rates as all smoking rooms. Later I found out that I could upgrade for $35 to a non-smoking room. Why would a hotel chain charge more for non-smoking that doesn't stink then they do for a smoking room that does stink? Also when I got into the room I found cockroaches and I found that the towels were soiled as if somebody had maybe signed her shoes with them and that the beds had obviously been slept in and not been taken care of. So the wife and I simply left the counter agent didn't even offer to return my money. I will never stay in another Red roof and anybody that asked will get that very report that I just gave you.

Unfriendly staff, misleading advertising, pet policy is difficult to manage as a guest, noisy and filthy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Dirty, things were broken, smelt very gross everywhere, house keeping wouldnt clean anything, staff was rude and didnt care about any concerns, sketchy people looking like they were on drugs, mold.This place should be shut down by heath department.
