« my husband and I were traveling for a funeral, which was 5hrs away. Due to weather conditions we got there a little after midnight, and the night front desk agent was TERRIBLE! He first tried to tell me he couldn’t give me my room because he couldn’t charge “Expedia’s Card” and sat back down as if he didn’t care that it’s after midnight! so I contacted Expedia, they called Tim to verify that we in fact had a room and gave him a number to call to verify, Tim decided he didn’t want to do his job...

« Was met at the front desk by a person that either hated her job, or life in general. Not pleasant at all. Found a terrible set up with the bathroom sink located in the hallway between bathroom and bed area. Literally, sink on left side of hall, bathroom on right side. Very awkward. The bathroom, like so many other motels, was inadequately ventilated. There are literally countless spots on the entire bathroom ceiling of black mold. « I reserve this hotel 3 days before I show up there bc we had family funeral drive 8 hours got the key for the room when I open the door was disgusting dirty I mean food in the ground garbage can over flow in bad bad smell in that room I when got my money back when to different hotel I never will go back to that hotel or recommend at all. The price may sound good but believe me it's not worth it at all »
