Well positioned property,money needs to be spent to justify the rates .. Internet is weak especially in the bedrooms, Televisions are too small, with very poor channel selections ..Needs USB ports in bedrooms The are rooms are spacious but needs updated .. Breakfast was very good . And the people who work at the hotel are very nice. Money needs to spent to justify the overall experience.. I would not stay here again , unless i hear that improvements have been made

Beautiful and unique hotel. Close to shopping, dining, and transportation. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here when we come to London again.

Great place, full of sights, sounds, smells, street entertainment. Good restaurants, well worth a visit before going to the theatre. Lots of interesting shops in the market itself.

Lots of fun and a great place to go hunt for restaurants as well as shopping. We found a great Italian restaurant there, San Carlo Cicchetti, fun and great food, Italian tapas style. Can walk there at a brisk pace in about 20 minutes from the hotel
