« Hôtel situé à 45 mn à pieds des Five Ratha ( mais marche sur route pas forcément très agréable ) ou 300 roupies en rickshaw. L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu mais un petit rafraîchissement des chambres serait le bienvenu. L’accueil est au top ,prévenant . La piscine est très agréable après une journée à visiter ces beaux temples ( merci à Kartykean pour sa disponibilité). La restauration est savoureuse avec le service impeccable de Theresa et Rejola .( nous n’avons pas éprouvé le besoin...

The only thing very obnoxious about the whole thing was room guest walking around the reception area to their rooms on 1st floor wrapped around only with a towel from the swimming pool. The club should maintain some decorum. This was the most unpleasant feeling with wife and daughter around. Otherwise every thing was fantastic »

"Nous avions choisi cet établissement essentiellement pour son espace piscine car Chennai est limité en point d'intérêts et ses plages ne sont pas du tout appropriées à la détente. Quelle ne fût pas notre surprise de constater qu'elle était en travaux depuis avril sans que bien évidemment nous n'en soyons avertis. De plus cet hôtel est loin des critères d'excellence d'un 5 etoiles à part le prix ! Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre certes particulièrement spacieuse. Personnel très agréable et souriant mais pas du tout formé pour les exigences attendues d'un 5 etoiles. Une salle de sport non pourvue de vestiaires ni de douches : bonjour l'hygiène quand on passe de la salle de sport à la piscine qui la jouxte !! Tout simplement inconcevable sauf ... ici. Alors certes le hall est digne d'un 5 étoiles mais c'est le seul élément. Sincèrement au même prix, il vaut mieux étudier d'autres options. Je pense par honnêteté que si l'espace piscine avait été disponible mon commentaire aurait été moins dur même si je maintiens mes réserves "
