### Les Hirondelles - 800 m de la plage

Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming flat for rent in the town of Courseulles-sur-Mer, 500 metres from the beach, with a surface area of 32 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 22 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi included, all you need to do is turn up!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 22 m² living room with TV, sleeping area with double sofa bed and dining area  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)  
\- A bathroom with shower and toilet  
  
Outside:  
\- A 4 m² covered balcony facing north-west with furniture for enjoying sunny days  
  
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Activities:  
\- Visit the Juno Beach Centre, a museum dedicated to Canada's role in the D-Day landings, located directly on the historic beach.  
\- Stroll through the fish market at Quai des Alliés to discover the fresh produce offered every morning by local fishermen.  
\- Try water sports at the sailing school, such as catamaran sailing, paddleboarding or sand yachting, accessible to all levels.  
\- Stroll along the pier and marina, a peaceful place to watch the boats and enjoy the sunset.  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered underground car park. You can also park for free on the road serving the residence.

\- Nearest train station: Caen train station, 30 minutes away by car  
\- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet Airport, 30 minutes away by car
