Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 18 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

\- An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

\- A 5 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
