We have just come back, with fond memories, accommodation was just as described, stunning sea views and a busy local harbour, well recommend this apartment.

Nice property but beware of additional contracts not noted in the property description
My family and I took a weekend trip to Courseulles-sur-Mer to visit the D-Day beaches. The property and amenities were as described. Its located in a nice safe area. The owner's representative, who met us at the property was very nice and accommodating. After booking though HomeAway the owner emailed me with an additional 3 page rental contract and 8 page inventory list of ALL the items in the apartment (including curtain clips and plastic forks). This contract was sent to me 2 weeks prior to our stay when we had already begun our trip and could not find other accommodations. This contract is not stated in the HomeaAway description and the owner's rental contract had different verbiage from the HomeAway rental conditions listed (including that a cleaning fee can be assessed at their discretion).

Situation géographique idéale
Appartement très agréable. La vue sur la mer nous a ravie. La plage à 5mn à pieds pour de belles balades, le centre également à côté, tout est pratique. L'appartement traversant est hyper lumineux et très fonctionnel et il ne manque rien. Il est décoré avec goût. Mr Richard est charmant et très ponctuel. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour faire les plages du débarquement. Nous avons personnellement fait toute la côte normande. Nous sommes allé jusqu'à la pointe de la Hague et jusqu'à Fécamp sans être fatigué par les km. Nous avons adoré la Normandie !!

Appartement très fonctionnel correspondant en tout point aux photo et à la description de l'annonce. Échanges avec les propriétaires cordiaux. La personne qui est chargée de l'accueil est sympathique et serviable. Emplacement idéal et nombreuses visites possibles même avec un enfant de 2 ans.
