Large garden of 2500m2, heated swimming pool in season, large wooden terrace, nice fireplace for the winter ... Quiet but close to everything: 2 minutes drive from the village where you will find all shops, 10 minutes from Blois, 5 minutes from Cheverny, 15 minutes from Chambord, 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo ... Ideal for families with children, couples of friends ... The rooms are composed as follows: Ground floor 1 bedroom with a 140 bed On the floor 1 room with a bed in 140 2 bedrooms each with a single bed Mezzanine with a sofa 2 places Bathroom on the ground floor with shower and bath 1st bathroom with shower and toilet Super equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, basic products. The house manage was pleasant, though (our own fault not speaking much French) we had to get by with hand gesticulations and Google translate to understand him. From check-in to our departure the process was great. Fab house - cool inside in the heat of the day with a beautiful pool, bbq and gardens to enjoy. The village of Cour-Cheverny is gorgeous, with friendly staff at the boulangerie, supermarche, pharmacy and tabac. A quick phone call to a friend of the owner and 3 minutes later he arrived and showed us in to the house, explained everything and left us with the keys.The house is spacious and very well equipped - whether it's lazy days by the pool or cooking lunch / evening meal.The private gardens meant the children could play safely, whilst we could relax and read a book etc.The house is a couple of km away from the nearest shops and the road to walk it wasn't the best but you can easily drive there. Les contacts avec les propriétaires et l'accueil par un charmant voisin étaient parfaits, merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue ! La maison est belle et confortable on s'y sent "chez soi", elle est également très bien équipée . Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine et le beau jardin au calme. Séjour très sympa dans une maison fort bien équipée .L'environnement est très calme et de nombreuses visites super sympas à faire tout près. Very helpful and prompt caretaker for any little issues or just general queries about the area. Property owners also very agreeable and helpful. 30 minute walk to the centre of village with several restaurants and basic shops. There is a bike hire place in Cheverny, but,we didn't manage to hire bikes whilst there do would recommend you try to do this in advance. ##### Christine F. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, maison très fonctionnelle est parfaitement adaptée à notre famille de 2 adultes et 3 enfants de moins de 10 ans. La maison est idéalement située à proximité du village de Cour-Cheverny tout en étant au calme dans la campagne, à 2 pas des circuits de vélo des châteaux de la Loire.
