Enjoy the nearly 0.5-acre backyard, fire pit, and games. Just minutes from the ferry to Port Townsend and popular attractions, it's perfect for your island getaway. The Space: • 2152 sqft, two units, one-story main house and studio with a balcony above garage • Self-check in (contact free) • Free parking • Ocean front property • Full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV • Fast & stable gigabit wifi • Remote working space • Privacy & fresh coastal air The property features two separate units, perfect for families or groups seeking both privacy and shared spaces. The main 1,192 sq ft one-story unit includes two cozy bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a luxurious full bath with a shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The upper-level 900 sq ft studio comes complete with a full bath, kitchenette, dining space, workspace, queen bed, queen daybed, and a private balcony with sweeping ocean views. Outside, enjoy the nearly 0.5-acre backyard perfect for outdoor activities, or gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars. The garage houses fun activities like table tennis and foosball, adding to the entertainment options. And while there's no direct beach access, you're just minutes away from nearby beaches where you can enjoy a day by the water. This charming home has an inviting open floor plan, cozy furnishings, and with a view of the stunning sunsets from our private patio. Please notice: Kindly use the blankets only in indoor spaces as they are not meant for outdoor use. Do not play or climb over the fence surrounding the property. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire space.We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM. Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
