Nestled in the gentle countryside of the Côtes Chalonnaises in a protected area in ZNIEFF for its rich flora and fauna, in the hollow of a peaceful valley combining wooded meadows, bucolic vineyards, pastures and forests, the village benefits from a magnificent, preserved landscaped setting, totally peaceful. Very comfortable gîte. Ultra spacious. Warm country character enhanced by the soul of the original building (stone fireplace mantel, magnificent stone "corbel", beams, period roof framing upstairs, etc.). Large exposed gravel terrace adjoins a pleasant enclosed, sloping 300m² garden with trees (apple, peach, pear, and cherry trees, etc.) with fruit picking permitted / free "surplus" from the vegetable garden also available on occasion) complemented by a pétanque court, a swing, and an outdoor spa.
