Sedona 20 minutes away. Wineries, restaurants, state parks. Dog friendly and family friendly. The tile house is a family home that has been on our family since Great Uncle Thomas built in the 1940's. He and his mother lived there then our father bought it and remodeled it for our mother. Our father was a frugal remodeler by reusing leftover tile from construction sites. He left his mark on the home so we only updated a few things to make it more comfortable. We want to share our family home with others to enjoy. In the heart of Old Town Cottonwood, this house has access to everything you want. Restaurants, shops, wineries, all within walking distance. Close to Jerome, Sedona, and Clarkdale. 3 bedroom 2 bath with a pullout sofa that will comfortably sleep 8 people total. Pet friendly fully fenced backyard with privacy screening and extra parking in the rear of the property. Clean comfortable linens and toys for kids. As a great deal of family were in town - we decided to rent a house. This was perfect! About 2 miles from my son's home. Easy access - great location. Clean - comfortable beds. House was in a perfect location to enjoy the winery tasting rooms and restaurants of Old Town. Owners even provided a cake which was a much appreciated gesture. The location is perfect as old town Cottonwood is less than 2 minutes walking distance. Parking right in front as well! The house has lots of space, very clean with great amenities & very quiet.
