The cabin is free standing and completely private. It has open beam ceiling, surrounded by nature with some added mining history charm. You will have the comforts home with a jaw dropping view of the of the Mingus Mountain and sparkly Jerome (Ghost Town), and dark starry nights. The perfect spot for travelers to kick up your feet and ENJOY. The rustic natural wood smell might not be suitable for sensitive guests. The simple and rustic Miner's Cabin had all the necessary amenities in a rustic cabin. The historical documents and mining gear were also really neat to peruse. We were able to retreat from our crazy busy lives and spend time reading, talking, listening to podcasts and sitting on the porch.
