The living room accouterments include leather sofa, loveseat and chair with power recline, headrest and lumbar adjustment. After a day of hiking or sight seeing you can relax in front of the 75" Smart TV. The patio has a Weber gas grill and a gas fire table where you can relax and enjoy a view of Mingus Mountain and historic Jerome. If you enjoy outdoor dining the outside table seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal and the indoor dining table comfortably seats 6\. The main bedroom has a King bed, two leather chairs and a three quarters bath--shower as opposed to bath. The two other bedrooms both have Queen beds. Extra linens and towels are provided. The home is centrally located to Cottonwood, Clarkdale and Jerome. Many local attractions are very nearby. I really can’t say enough good things about this experience. As a frequent VRBO renter, this is one of the nicest, clean, comfortable homes we’ve stayed in. They have everything you need including a full stacked coffee bar, comfortable beds, and wonderful amenities (not cheap stuff from the Dollar Store). But the owners communication and flexibility really made our trip! We had an unusual situation being in town for a softball tournament with schedule changes and not really knowing how long we would need to stay. They accommodated every request I made. This house really had everything you would expect and a long list of extras. It’s brand new so everything in it is new and obviously in great condition. The bedding and beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the comfortable seating in the main area. All the seats recline so everyone has a great seat for watching a movie. A couple extras that we thought were so nice are the spices and cooking oil, rentals almost never have these. Also condiment packets, IYKYK. Lastky, the location to old town Cottonwood is perfect. The home is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was like your home away from home. Gorgeous views of the mountains. very quiet home with exceptionally comfortable beds. OOPS!!
