Location, location, location is what matters most here in Cottonwood AZ! This historic yet cozy home is not only in the perfect location it is recently remodeled and up to speed with all the modern essentials every traveler requires. Travelers from around the world come to our valley for the beautiful red rocks, outdoor activities, escaping the hot weather of Phoenix and for the local wine tasting. So, let us welcome you, your loved ones and even your family pets (no cats please) on your next vacation here in sunny AZ! We have two homes that are white with white picket fences right next to each other on Main St. This is our smaller more affordable home. The other property next door is a little larger and also can be found on VRBO and other booking sites. 2 Master style bedrooms with a full bath for each room. Front bedroom has a super comfortable king bed, soft sheets, new towels and stand up shower in its attached bathroom. Back bedroom makes the most of its space by giving you a bunk bed that has a queen down bellow and a twin XL up top. This bathroom gives you the option of a stand up shower or as a bathtub. This fresh remodel includes new kitchen countertops and appliances with a dual action coffee machine for traditional brewing or for using K-cups. Full size washer, dryer, dishwasher and a large back yard to let your pets out. Reminder to always check the fence for any new holes or crannies your little ones can squeeze out of. We walk it as much as we can but just to be safe, always double check. Propane grill out back. (Propane is not guaranteed but often has leftover gas) Sit back and enjoy, relaxing on the large sectional couch inside or use the rocking chairs out front during our good weather, drink some fresh tea or people watch while you drink some local wine! The best restaurants in town are literally just a short walk around the corner as well as free overnight city EV chargers. (EV chargers are free and rarely out of order but are not super fast but will charge most EV's a decent amount in 8-14hrs. EXP Tesla Model S gained 16 miles per hour charge rate) We have high speed wifi, strong enough to stream your favorite tv apps on one of our three TVs using roku or the TVs internal apps. There is no traditional cable tv or guarantee of local channels. Park up to three cars, front to back, in our designated parking area. We do not allow large parties outside the residents listed on your rental agreement and do not allow individuals or business/corps to book this home for part time or seasonal workers. This home is provided for families limited to 5 persons with vacation type itineraries. Reminder this is an older home under the new remodel but things can happen, break, wear out, ect...we just ask you to give us an opportunity to fix the situation. We love all feedback and positive reviews online that help us tremendously with the algorithm and keeping our properties booked!!! There was lots of weeds growing up everywhere that barbecue had not been used in months. Picnic table was so dirty couldn’t use. Also people had not cleaned up after their dogs. ##### Richard R. Nice laundry room/kitchen set up with basics. Property manager responded promptly to call about TV problems.Cons: Remote controls were missing. Back yard was not cleaned up from previous occupant's pet. Garbage dumpster outside in front driveway was overflowing when we arrived. Repaired cracks in floor of MB shower floor could be overlooked; but surface is unsteady. Most issues were due to missing remotes. Maintenance person came asap (the next morning). His son did troubleshooting to enable the Roku to operate the LR TV. The TV Roku in the MB worked but there was no TV remote controller, so on/off and volume had to be done manually using buttons on top of TV. The TV in guest room was missing the Roku device and had no remotes, so it was not usable. One of the 3 fan/light combos had a remote control and worked, the rest were missing or had dead batteries.Suggestions: Put a trash can and rake/shovel in the back yard for pet refuse pickup. I brought my own pick up bags and a kitchen bag to clean up after my pet, but the previous occupant obviously did not. Also, there was no room in the dumpster for my trash bag.Take care of missing remotes and Roku devices. Do not advertise 3 TV's with Roku are available unless they are accounted for and working (by the cleaning service who comes in after guests or the PM).
