The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 80 m² house for rent in the commune of Cottenchy, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of approximately 400 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
Ground floor:  
\- A 35 m² living room with TV and dining area  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A pool table is available  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190)  
\- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)   
\- A living room with a single sofa bed  
\- A play area for children  
\- A bathroom with shower and bathtub  
\- Two separate WCs  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful 400 m² shared garden, south-facing  
\- A south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
\- An adjoining laundry room is available.  
  
The house is ideally located in Cottenchy, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

\-Hike around Cottenchy on marked trails through woods and marshes  
\-Stroll to the Hortillonnages d'Amiens to discover its gardens on the water  
\-Explore the local mountain bike trails to combine sport and nature  
\-Visit the city of Amiens and its cathedral, a Gothic masterpiece listed as a World Heritage Site
