Gaining entry was difficult and had to gain the help of a passing local to assist who also could not understand the code entry. We arrived quite late otherwise we would have complained and moved. Luckily we had our own pillows with pillow cases as there was no bedding other than a mattress cover and 2 blankets. No towels. Perhaps that's what it means in the...
