Unit Layout  
The property is a 4-room house with an area of 120 square meters, spread across three levels. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. You can access the terrace directly from the kitchen. Additionally, there is a bathroom/toilet on this level. The upper floor features a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed (160 cm) and a French bed (160 cm), as well as access to the terrace. There is also a small room with a French bed (140 cm). On the second upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find a room with sloping ceilings (ceiling height ranging from 100 to 300 cm) that accommodates two beds (80 cm) and a French bed (160 cm), along with a shower and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and baby cot. You can enjoy outdoor dining and relaxation on the 25-square-meter terrace, 10-square-meter terrace, and a large patio. Terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and deck chairs are provided for your convenience. The property also allows a maximum of three pets/dogs.

The property is designed with flexible sleeping arrangements, offering more sleeping options than the maximum number of allowed people, which should not be exceeded.
