Nice quiet hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities good. Would suit anyone who wants to relax. Lovely pool and gardens with plenty of space and sun beds. Not very close to the beach but a shuttle bus (free) is on hand.

Good choice of breakfast. Easy location for commuting north or south of Olbia. Pool was colder than the sea so didn’t use. Shower needs a shower curtain as previously mentioned. The wedding that was held on the Saturday when we arrived was extremely noisy into the night which didn’t think was Acceptable but didn’t complain as the rest of the week was fine. Generally a good hotel but you need a car to get to places!

Enjoyable stay - friendly, comfy, clean & spacious
Just a short taxi ride from the airport, this was a fab base for a week's holiday in Sardinia in September 2019. A friendly welcome, we had two rooms as we had our 16 year old daughter with us. Our room was on the first floor above reception/cafe and faced the road. It had a huge balcony which invited a jacuzzi spa tub and sun loungers, but unfortunately only had a table and two chairs. The room itself was clean, spacious, comfy and had plenty of storage space. There was a small fridge and we put in our own water and drinks, no problem. Luckily we had taken our own kettle as there wasn't one. This room was only let down by the street lights from the cafe sign which made it feel like daylight all night. My daughters room was slightly smaller and was on the far hand corner of the complex above the wedding shop - she also had the fridge, but also a kettle. There were regular free bus shuttles to the nearby beach which was sand and very clean with a small cafe and lots of sellers. The colours of the sea were amazing and the weather was gorgeous, still sunny and in the mid 20's. Breakfast was the same every single day and we got a bit fed up with it, especially waiting for the lightly cooked bacon and scambled eggs to arrive. But there were plenty of different dishes for the continental selection. We ate here in the evening twice, the first time was fantastic and the second time was not so good, both were quite pricey in comparison to the plenty of other eateries nearby.

Very poor quality bacon and eggs for breakfast - cold, half raw, greasy bacon and powdered eggs lying in a pool of liquid. Miserable waiters at the breakfast service, not one smile or greeting while we were there. They offer a buffet from 07.30 am to 10.00am, yet when we arrived at 09.00am for breakfast, the bacon was almost finished (just a few raw pieces remaining and the waiters showed no interest in getting it restocked (one of the more polite waiters did get 3 of the raw pieces cooked a bit extra for me, which was very kind of him, but the others there not int, I eventually reported this to reception, but it did not appear to make much difference in the days that followed) Service and quality of breakfast is very poor for a four star hotel. We had room 504 facing the main road - avoid those rooms - very noisy! Beds also very hard and uncomfortable (2 single beds pushed together, not a double as advertised) Would recommend you ask for a pool facing room, those seem to be the best, but not sure what the quality of beds would be like there either. We did not swim in the pool as it was freezing, there are BEUATIFUL beaches near by, we hired a car so went to the beaches every day. Recommend Cala Brandinchi - very nice, you do pay 1.50 per hour, to get in, but it's worth it! Also didn't eat at the hotel as far too expensive, there are some nice restaurants in Olbia - Doppio Molto and Wild West both good and we went to a local Pizzeria in Olbia - Pizzeria Dadino also very nice!

Hotel is conveniently located to explore beautiful beaches near by. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. House keeping is excellent. Pool side bar staff are very friendly too. The only down side is the restaurant staff, who does not speak English and bit unfriendly. The same food items on the buffet breakfast. We got tired of eating the same food every morning.Overall, a good stay.

The place was clean and the majority of staff are friendly, this is more of a local hotel where italians would stay, so some staff do not speak english but communicated satisfactory. The pool is a lot smaller than the pictures implied, however bug enough. It was a very peacful hotel with not too much noise, which was perfect for our needs.

I loved the staff, I didn’t like breakfast options, I didn’t like the bedroom shower as you take a shower and all the bath gets wet. Location and pool excellent

Brilliant hotel, amazingly friendly staff, great bar attached. Rooms lovely and clean, in fact cleanliness was so high across the hotel. The swimming pool area and grounds were lovely and begged you to take a dip, so inviting.

It was a great base for exploring the area for which you definitely need a hire car. The hotel has plenty of free parking which makes nipping in and out easy. The onsite cafe and restaurant offer fantastic quality food which really made our stay. Without these due to it being low season we would have felt a bit isolated. Staff in cafe and restaurant were very sweet and attentive.

Easy, relaxing stay at this hotel
Our fourth visit in the same amount of years. Visited in May and the hotel has improved some of its' amenities. Pool bar is well serived as is the cafe at the front of the hotel. Staff are helpful and everything is on hand. Supermarket, restaurants all within wlking distance. The airport is only a 15 minute drive but you do not have any noise from the planes. All in all we like this hotel. Breakfast is plentiful. The rolls could be a bit fresher in the morning.

Nice hotel locsted out of the city
The hotel is situated in a village 8 kms south of Olbia about one kilometer from tje nearest beach. It has a nice pool and provides a good breakfast. The rooms are large and pleasant. The hotel is decorated nicely and the staff is pleasant. Borrowing towels requires payment of 5 euros which we thought was excesive. There are some wonderful beaches just south of the village in direction of San Teodoro.

A nice enough hotel, but not worth the money
We booked this hotel to end a tour of Italy. For 4 nights it cost over £800 and we were disappointed. The hotel was nice and had a lovely pool area however the room was not worth over £200 a night. The location is shocking, not near any sort of town, there are 2 restaurants along the road, both which were nice. The hotel restaurant is a fish restaurant, not helpful for 2 non fish eaters! One member of staff was very helpful when we asked about getting to the airport, but another was useless and had given us the wrong information. Overall if the hotel had been in a better location I would have been happier but think it is crazy that the hotel can charge £220 a night for a very basic room.

Good location and place to chill
Had a nice pool with large grass area to chill on, Breakfast was good, we walked to two Different beaches, the more popular one was 25 min walk, Porto istana, the other beach which was really nice and a lot quieter was only 15 min walk, reception gave us the rundown. Room was pretty nice, Aircon was pumping which was nice to comeback too after a hot day, had a extra couch/bed and a balcony. Few restaurants in the small town. All Round great place to stay

Great relaxing stay
This is the third time of visiting this hotel in May over the last 3 years. The hotel is a very easy short driving distance from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are helpful. The breakfast is good and varied. If eating in the hotel for dinner the food was very good and the menu has become more extensive over the last 3 years. Be aware that the hotel caters for weddings. This does not detract however from the normal guests. Outdoor pool was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Wifi was a little patchy

The pool was good but generally colder than you'd want it. Public transport to and from Murta Maria is limited, so a car is needed. Some lovely beaches nearby.

Lovely hotel.
Had a fantastic week stay, staff were great, this hotel was clean, smelled beautiful with the beautiful gardens surrounding the rooms. They had a shuttle service to and from the beach and a cafeteria at the front on the hotel which served coffee and food,pastries and ice cream all was very nice the staff were great. Will book to stay here again.

Nice hotel but out of high season NO A/C
The hotel is very nice, good location, free parking, nice breakfast and god premisses. But although A/C on the rooms is advertised this is only in High season the case. I had to ask every day at the reception but they had the heather connected to the system which is normally used for the airco although it was 26 degrees. We had to sleep ( 3 rooms) with doors open and slept very bad/not during our visit.

Best of the best!
This was one of the most hospitable, relaxing, comfortable and friendly hotels I have stayed at within this category. We had a fantastic time and will visit whenever an opportunity arose needing a beach holiday! Giovanni was very very helpful as the receptionist in guiding us for places / beaches to visit, where to eat and sorting out transactional issues. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Good value but get a garden view.
initally a little dissapointed with the room as we had no view and were at the back of the hotel. once settled in this wasnt a big issue as staff were all very helpful , pool was lovely and breakfast good.
