Location was great and staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there was quite a stale damp smell in the room at all times which I think was from the bathroom/pipes.

We stayed in the "classic double" room at peak season in august. Even with that, we paid under 400$ a night for the room in an otherwise very high end part of Sardinia (with an extensive and delish BF inclusive). Location: 45-50 min drive from Olbia Airport, costly transfer of > 80-90$ per person, but once you get there, believe the hype, this property overlooks the prettiest part of the sea, their restaurant, bar balcony and breakfast terrace all located over the water view: which to me was the HIGHLIGHT of the trip, you cannot imagine a better view to have food or drinks over. For this reason alone, this property is worth staying at!! It also helps that their restaurant is super highly rated: and well deserved. Rooms: very clean, very spacious, very comfortable, no insects, good bedding, adequate linen, cleaned daily, complementary water provided daily, A/C works beautifully, enough closet space, good lighting, desk space, with minibar, multiple plus outlets for charging, there is a patio/balcony with the room that has sun loungers. Bathrooms: great water pressure, well stocked with toiletries, spacious, super clean, hot water, modern fittings: all you need. Location: walking distance to Ritual club (15-20 min) and Phi Beach Club (15-20 min): for us party peeps Beach: the private hotel beach requires a 5 min shuttle or a 20 min walk: the beach is all rocks with a lunar scape, so not a traditional beach.

Very nice located with access to the beach and near by restaurants. Attentive staff, nice view room and balcony. Very nice breakfast selection with a view of the ocean. The parking on premises is good perk at this property.

A very pretty hotel right on the beach. Excellent staff, friendly and accommodating. Food ..... Breakfast 10/10 very good Lunch and dinner ..... 5/10 - poor Buffet food generally fine but not labelled, so much of it is unrecognisable, Starter and main dishes unnecessarily complicated and with poor flavours what could be simple, elegant & delicious was not !

The hotel is located on the beach, it is so beautiful area. Our stay came with 2 meals, The food was OK... not more, we preferred dinners out. Also it’s not in center of town but it’s own little fun area with few shops and restaurants .

Very average hotel
The hotel is served by the staff that think are doing you a favour. Don't be surprised if they sound rude. I'm not surprised now that I saw very few non-Italian guests.

Good hotel, great location
Club Hotel is comfortable and has bright, clean, pleasant rooms. Service is helpful, food, particularly breakfast, is good and we liked the bar and the evening entertainment - it's like having your own Eurovision song contest. What makes the hotel special is its position - right on an excellent sandy beach in a pretty bay with a small traffic free resort offering a choice of restaurants and shops within 3 minutes walk. The sea view rooms in the hotel overlook the bay and beach - it's beautiful. The hotel has a private beach with bar but this is tiny and is about 500m walk away along a slightly tricky rocky path. We preferred the main beach next to the hotel but you need to pay for a place. €24 a day in high season gets you a sunshade and two loungers, but the hotel provides towels.

If you want to know the truth
When you walk into the hotel, you're in shock from how old the lobby and rooms are. You are greeted by the hotel manager who never greeted us again because we are Americans. We were three people, and the third person was charged 280 euros on top of the daily rate. At that point you have no choice but to pay because you payed an 85 cab fare from the Olbia airport. The view was breath taking, so it made it somewhat ok to pay that rate. But, every time we passed through the hotel lobby or sat on the couches, we were never greeted and only "Italians" were greet with great respect. Everyone stared at us during our stay including the workers, there was a lack of respect from everyone, even though we are all equals ,paying the expensive rate during the high season. The private beach that is only open to club hotel guests is very pretty and private but it is difficult to swim, and after seeing the public beach, you want to spend your day their, but you will also have to pay for chairs and unbrellas. The included breakfast is good, some workers were friendly and some were ignorant. Checkout time was at 10am, we extended it to 11am due to our late flight, and at 11:10 they called our room to let us know that they are waiting for our checkout. At that point, you had enough of there audacity. Overall, if you want to stay at a resort with a beach view, you can suck it up for your stay and stay in an old building, that is very clean, and easy access to the beach and plenty of resturaunts, that you should dress up for. (you will starred at all night long).

Super hotel with a private beach area - towels provided, bar at beach area - largely rocky / pine trees for shade if needed. Good snorkelling. Great views at breakfast which was a huge hot and cold selection (Prosecco if you could face it for breakfast). Great public beach. Snacks provided with drinks in some places were like lunch! As a resort and captive audience a little on the pricey side. A fortnight stay would mean eating twice at each hotel / restaurant. However hugely relaxing and of the 7 hotels we stayed at this trip this was my favourite.

Attractive hotel in a great position in need of some updating
Baia Sardinia is a purpose built resort - developed from 1985 and nothing of the old village has survived. Club Baia Sardinia occupies a spectacular position overlooking the bay - the restarant has particularly fine views. The reception and lounge areas are very attractive - the piano playing at night is a nice touch. The hotel rooms are very dated and in need of a complete overhaul. We stayed in two rooms and they both suffered with dodgy showers and the second room had a damp problem (caused by loose tiles in the shower). We moved because the rooms are exceptionally noisy - tiled floors throughout the hotel with minimal sound-proofing does not lead to a good night's sleep. Service in the restaurant was generally excellent although when our usual waiter was away we were basically forgotten on a number of occasions. On the plus side the front desk was very efficient and helpful and I can't fault their friendly and customer orientated approach. This hotel does not have a swimming pool, although there is a private beach - not in the main bay but 400 metres away.

Das Hotel hat eine Superlage, einen schönen, sehr sauberen Strand und eine kleine Bucht, die man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Essen. Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite, von der man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer hatte. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es nette Restaurants, wo man gemütlich sitzen kann. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Bellissima location struttura affacciata sul mare, con spiaggia a 100 mt. Hotel molto curato con arredi ed architettura tipica del nord Sardegna. Stanze spaziose e letto comodissimo. Parcheggio interno molto comodo. Ottima colazione molto varia con pietanze dolci e salate, frutta fresca, macedonia, ed grande varieta' di the'e tisane. Personale attento e molto cordiale. Отель вызывает противоречивые чувства. С одной стороны, хорошее месторасположение (стоит на общественном пляже), достойные завтраки,да и на ужинах-обедах кормят почти как в ресторане. Есть парковка. Море на Сардинии прекрасно везде,поэтому и к отдыху относишься особенно. С другой стороны, есть много недостатков. В стандартных номерах ванна крошечная, негде развернуться. Балконы из номера выходят друг на друга, т.е. если выйдешь на балкон, смотришь на соседей ( напоминает советский отдых). Тапочек в стандартных номерах нет, первый раз такое вижу, что конечно странно при цене минимум 280 евро в сутки за номер. При хорошем качестве еды на завтраке, обеде и т.д. обслуживание отвратительное, либо кухня не справляется, либо сами официанты. Постоянно путают кто что заказывал. Кофе утром несут от 10 минут, а если не дай Бог омлет закажешь, то ждать придется минут 25. Зато если убрать со стола, то тут официанты прыткие, забирают то, что ты не доел, просто сметают тарелки, ничего не спрашивая, не успеваешь сказать нельзя. Пляж отеля не подходит для семей с маленькими детьми, т.к. все дно в камнях, по которым и взрослым-то ходить больно. Сам пляж конечно красивый, романтичный, но купаться неудобно. Поэтому мы недолго думая стали ходить на общественный пляж за 25 евро, там на дне песок вместо валунов и обилие людей на берегу нас не пугало. А в общем отдых удался, старались не обращать внимание на эти мелочи. Просто всегда пишу отзывы честно для тех, кому это важно.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand
Kurzaufenthalt in der letzten Woche vor Saisonschluss Anfang Oktober. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir wollten ein Hotel direkt am/mit Blick aufs Wasser. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Vorne ist ein öffentlicher Sandstrand, hinter dem Hotel, über einen kleinen Fussweg in 5 Gehminuten errreichbar, befindet sich ein wunderbarer kleiner Privatstrand des Hotels mit kleinen Buchten und Felsformationen wie auf den seychellen. sagenhaft schön. Hier gibt es eine kleine Bar und gepflegte Sonnenliegen. Man kann herrlich schwimmen und hat einen spektakulären Blick auf das Magdalenenarchipel. Wunderbare location zum chillen...wir haben es genossen, jetzt in der Neben/schlusssaison fast allein zu sein.

Fantastisk beliggenhet! Flott frokost med en nydelig utsikt. Hotellet har en privat strand som er gratis for gjestene. Der har de egen bar med forfriskninger, solstoler, strand og badebrygge. det som er utrolig trist er at denne stranden som ligger gjemt bortenfor hotellet ikke er lett å finne. Hotellet informert veldig dårlig om deres fasiliteter. Informasjonskrivet som ligger på rommet inneholder KUN informasjon om rensing av tøy! INGEN informasjon av verdi var å finne på rommene. Rommene var for øvrig utrolig dårlig støyisolert. Vi hadde et rom på enden som var stort og flott, men vi hørte at naboene over oss lukket igjen glidelåsen på kofferten sin!!! (når vi reserverte oppholdet, bad vi om et stille rom) AC'n støyet mye og det var ikke mulig å stille gradene! Til et hotel som koster så mye som dette, var det utrolig liten verdi for pengene! Rommene var heller ikke nevneverdig godt rengjort, samt at personalet forlot rommet vårt ulåst 3 av 6 dager vi var der!
