"We had an amazing experience staying here for our anniversary in May. The private beach was incredible and one of the main reasons we picked this place. The property is beautiful and the views are stunning. The service was excellent - everyone was so friendly and spoke English. The food was delicious too! Everything was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Love the private beach. The view from our balcony overlooking the ocean as well as the sunsets was amazing. Thank you Gabbiano Azurro for upgrading our room to a Junior Suite! The staff in the hotel was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast selections were excellent. Lunch by the beach was very good and dinner at Blu was delicious. This hotel is superb!!! "

"DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to was nowhere near as nice. They have point blank refused and I am still fighting with them on this after being hung up on, and my emails ignored by their booking team. We heard a lot of horror stories from other guests about staff behaviour. They point blank lie to guests. Customer service is not something they offer. This was truly the worst holiday I’ve ever had."
