"The property is very nice and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The lovely garden adds to the charme. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have air conditioning since during the really hot days it was hard to sleep. We will definitely be back !"

"Would recommend this villa for adult groups. A little remote (car essential) but the benefit is amazing views over the coast. House keeper doesn’t speak English so a little Italian is useful. Nevertheless, she is very helpful. Wi-fi is non existent, but more due to the remote location than anything else. "

"The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff "

Hotel room okay for two adults and two children and view of the pool was nice. Staff on reception were lovely and helpful. "Check in was easy and quick! Only drawback the lift was not working for two days which was a bit of a hassle for us. when it was fixed it was a pleasure! Breakfast and dinner was included and so good! A first for us was that your table gets allocated for your whole stay which i wish all hotels would do that! No rushing and queing for a table. "Really cute hotel in one of the cutest towns in Punta Sardegna! Service is excellent and super friendly. Miriam at the front-desk was particularly kind and efficient. She made checking-in and out a breeze. The hotel is down a short slope with small stores, and right in front of a beautiful beach. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend. "

"The best thing about property was the location. The overall condition was very poor and dirty. When you first arrive, you are confronted with garbage bins and other miscellaneous trash. The pictures are not true, as the view to the ocean is only partial and blocked by the house in front. The furniture is old, kitchen utensils sparse, and mold in bathroom."
