The main reason for my rate is comparison with my previous experiences with Resorts.
The hotel room was great. Service of personals relatively was poor. For example, to get a coffee, we had to go to the main entrance door. Or pools were super small with no view. We had struggle in finding place to sit around pools even if we wake up early in the morning. Another example was low English skills of personnel. There was no Tennis court, entertainment room had few old and useless 8 balls with missing parts. In general, the hotel didn't provide any luxurious feeling at all. For everything we had to call several times, and staffs forget our order. I went to the gift shop, and on the wall there were small items loosely attached. Everyone drop one, and the shop charge them to pay for broken pieces. We paid and another customer had the same experience. Taxi for transfer was $170, but we could get a cheaper Tax for $100 each side by just calling outside hotel Taxi services. Around 30 minutes before closing time, all buffets start to collect everything. One time, I tried to take a cake from coffee area, and they refused since we missed the deadline for coffee. This is weird since, I experienced before 24/7 services for these things. Even for after night room services, they charge $20 extra for delivery.
Food were good in total, but my visit from different countries such as Dominican or Jamaica prided me better feeling and a sense of relaxation.
