"We Arrived a little early No biggie. staff was great at arrival. our bags were held and taken to our room which made check in smoother. During check in we got assigned our rooms and explained everything. our room came with a butler. Omar aka Primo. Boy was this man a blessing. He attended to All our needs during our stay. went above and beyond. our Room was amazing big big plus is they cleaned everyday and restocked everything. Food options are very good. they even have a late night snack spot open with finger foods. The beach was amaaaaaazing so clean and peaceful. will be returning."

"We loved staying at the RIU Latino. This is the second RIU property we’ve stayed at and we loved both. They are newer and always super clean. We enjoy a more modern/updated and clean property. The staff are all working hard and courteous. There are lots of options for my husband that has celiacs and cannot have gluten. Everything is labeled so he can easily see what food he can have. We will stay at more RIU in the future! "

"This was my 20th time to this resort. We keep returning as it’s very clean. We have made friends with a lot of the staff and get spoken to by our names and “welcome home”. The food just keeps getting better! I love the coffee shop! The service is exceptional in all areas of the resort. The drinks are good with a great variety of brands of liquor as well as beer. The entertainment is good variety for a family resort. The spa offers great options. I always get at least 1 massage. Our only suggestions are: 1.) bring back the vendors that used to sell in the lobby or around the pool. We have a collection of the paintings and have been unable to locate the artists that did them. And we would love more. 2.) Have more reasonable priced tanning products and kids toys in the resorts store. We found it to be very expensive and didn’t buy things there. "
