"El hotel está espectacular, mi unica sugerencia es el area del bufet, las comidas están falta de sabor. Fuimos al restaurante El Dorado y todo muy bueno. "

"We loved this place as a family! The spa experience was incredible. The only thing disappointing was the noisy doors in the middle of the night. Some guests were very inconsiderate and just keeps shutting it off so loud. You can hear guests from the hallways. It’s a big building but looks like doors are thin enough that you can hear every single noise at night. "

"I have nothing but amazing things to say about Wyndham. It is a beautiful resort with the most beautiful beach we've ever seen. I have been to another inclusive resort in the past and the beach was not comparable to Wyndhams beach. But what truly made our experience was our bartender Jesus at the Kaa Bar. We get so excited to see him everyday. Highly recommend the Mexican Candy shots he makes! He is so personable and made us feel so comfortable. We got to practice our Spanish with him and had an amazing time! Overall, the most amazing bartender we met and again, he truly made our experience perfect! Cannot wait to come back!"

"My wife and I were there for our 28th anniversary. Overall we an amazing time. The check-in process was slow as we arrived when many other guests did and only 2 attendees were working so this took a while. Once checked in we realized that the restaurants required reservations which are done through their app, however they were all full for the 4 nights we were there. The customer host Jessica was great and sat down with us and was able to book us 3 separate dinner reservations immediately. The buffet food was pretty good especially for breakfast but we really enjoyed the nicer restaurants for dinner and wine. One downside to this property was there was major construction going on right next door on a new resort. This was noisy at the pool and beach so we spent a lot of time at their sister property Royal Solaris just a short walk up the beach. They had a much larger beachfront property with more pools, beach chairs and umbrellas and we could still use our wristbands for food, drinks, towels etc. so it was like having 2 resorts in 1 which was very good to change things up. The staff and bartenders at both places were very friendly and worked hard to keep guests happy. We have stayed at many Cancun properties over the years and we would certainly come back to this one. "We stayed at the Riu Palace Peninsula for our honeymoon 5/22/24 to 5/26/24 and it was exceptional; we had to stay an extra night. The staff was amazing, customer service was excellent. Truly a beautiful and clean resort with countless food options. My husband is also a food critic and he had no complaints. We will definitely be staying at the Riu Palace Peninsula the next time we visit Cancun with our family or a private getaway for us. "
