Summary: FULLY FURNISHED PROPERTY. This is a wonderful 4-bedroom 3-bath home with a large back yard and a club house/ reading room for the kids with a large backyard with a koi pond. The Space: FULLY FURNISHED PROPERTY. This is a wonderful 4-bedroom 3-bath home with a large back yard and a club house/ reading room for the kids with a large backyard with a koi pond. The location is fantastic with the beach just minutes away, 15 minute drive away to Disneyland and wonderful shopping and dining all around you! Just a few blocks away is the Triangle Center. The lifestyle center features full service dining, movie theater, bowling and fast casual dining, including a Japanese restaurant with a sushi bar, a Mexican restaurant with the feel of a coastal resort, a family-friendly tavern serving delicious American cuisine from a scratch kitchen, along with a sports bar, pizza, made-to-order liquid nitrogen ice cream and more. COVID 19- for last minute reservations we may require proof of residency to show that you have a home to return to after your stay and proof of employment. Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. Stay strong and stay healthy we look forward to working with you! BEDDING: 2 queen beds and 4 single beds (they are trundle beds). No cable TV but we have wifi with apple TV. HOUSE RULES: After you reserve we will have you sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules. You must be 28 years of age. If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation. Cancellation policy: We offer a refund for cancellations within 31 days of check-in, however, if you booked on VRBO or direct the credit card fee of approximately 3 percent is not refunded because the merchant processor does not refund us the credit card fees but if you booked on airbnb you will receive a full refund. NO PARTIES: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside of home can result in loss of damage deposit. PETS: Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring: age, weight, and breed. The backyard garden is absolutely gorgeous with a little Casita shed and the hot tub. This home backed up to a gorgeous little park and the flowers in the backyard were so beautiful. All of the people that stayed in the home were very comfortable and the water pressure was great in the shower. I stayed in the ground floor bedroom and opening my window looking at a palm tree was so pretty. I can’t recommend this property enough. It has a nice playground and is a comfortable walk. The hot tub was a great feature, in this climate you can really enjoy it. Being only 10 minutes from the beach was fantastic. We enjoyed Lido Marina, Balboa peninsula and so many other things in the area during out stay. The house could use a few updates as many things seem period specific to when it was built. One great thing was the bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs share a jack and Jill bath while the other bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom. This was perfect for our party of 5 plus 18 month old.
