This location turned out to be perfect, you are literally 10-15 away from anywhere you want to be in the area, including Downtown Disney, Newport beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine. The house was basic but had a washer and dryer which was a bonus and a nice outdoor area to sit out side and enjoy the perfect weather. The trip was to come out and take care of effects of my brother who had passed a couple of weeks prior. The ease on and off the hwy was very good. The VRBO was nice, but needed to be cleaner. There were a few things needed that would normally be in a pantry and a cooking drawer. For what we needed it for, It worked just fine and would most likely rent this home again. Very nice updated master bathroom. No TV in the living room, would be nice to have for kids to watch when they want to relax. Could use the extra towels as well for longer stays. The house is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to an excellent Mexican and Pizza restaurant. The home as pictured is from when it was freshly remodeled. It has some wear and tear internally from previous renters likely. The living room lacks a tv but you can move it in from the main bedroom. The home could use a fresh coat of paint and deep clean. The property management was very responsive bi should say. I stayed for 10 Days. It was a comfortable home but I had to do some cleaning, washed down the patio furniture, and Swiffed floors.
