Very clean place and comfortable. Just sucks that most people are in Disneyland park till close past 10pm and they can’t even relax at the hotel hot tub, that’s part of their stay that they paid. Just wish we could have gotten into the pool late at night if we wanted. There’s no lifeguard during the day or at night so why does it need to be closed.

Amazing location to Disneyland park! The pool could use a kids slide, even if a small one…specially when you see what’s next door. The gym and game room are nice and good place to unwinds after a long day at the Disneyland.

If you’re there to go to Disneyland, you must stay there and request a room on the 9th floor (very top) facing Disneyland as you can watch the fireworks when you’re not there and it’s spectacular. The hotel itself is nice and clean and a great atmosphere, and love that it’s only a 10minute walk to Disneyland. Would highly recommend and stay there again. Thank you

Do not get a room with an accessible bathroom. The room is cramped and the elevator is very loud and you can feel it shake the room.

The best part about this hotel is the proximity to Fisherman's wharf. The staff was friendly and competent. The downside was that the 4th floor smelled like cigarettes and pot every time we walked to our room. I am most disappointed by the deceptive pricing. It cost us $70/day to park at the hotel, plus another $9/day parking tax, $30/day resort tax and assorted other fees.

good place. besides sleeping, not much to do in the hotel itself. A small arcade on the third floor and a kind of small pool. But I stay here often because how close it is to disneyland and mcdonalds. all walkable.

My room was never cleaned. The floors were never wiped down or mopped there was dirt dust and hair everywhere absolutely disgusting/. The first room we got smelled like a smokers den and was absolutely revolting. Got a new room and all the room attendants did was fix the bed and put new towels. They even went through my personal belongings. I didn’t feel safe in my room after that experience. I will never come back and will never let anyone I know go here.

Distance from Disneyland entrance and cleanliness of the room. Nice staff upon checking in as well. Not sure why the checkout option form the Bonvoy app is not available at check out time, did not have the patience to wait in long line to drop keys off, only downside of my stay.

This hotel was great to stay at for a trip to Disneyland. Super close to the park. Staff was friendly and our room was good. They even gave my daughter a stuffed animal for her birthday! I would definitely stay there again.

La registracion fue facil, el Staff fue muy amable cuando necesite hacer cambio de cuarto o acomodaciones. Estuvimos practicamente en frente de la entrada a Downtown Disney. Caminar a las 9pm fuera del hotel fue divertido, vimos muchos restaurantes alrededor.

I liked the proximity to the park. However, I have stayed here many times. This was the least pleasant. The room was average at best and when we arrived there was urine in the toilet and the floor was unclean. Very disappointing.

I have stayed here many times now and recommend this property to family and friends. The staff is AMAZING, the location is right outside the Disneyland gate (walkable to parks), and there are many affordable restaurants next door which you can walk to before/ after park days to save some money.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a close walk to Disney (5min) and within walking distance to restaurants. The only thing we didn’t love- but was not a deal breaker - was the toilet in our suite. It would take 2-3 flushes every time someone used it because of the water pressure. Other than that, an excellent stay!
