"The house and its surroundings are beautiful. We particularly appreciated how well-equipped the place is for practical matters (such as cooking) as well as for leisure and enjoyment (the games; the table tennis table and, above all, the lovely swimming pool). "L'appartamento è molto grazioso, si nota subito che è una casa viva, curata, accogliente. NON è la solita casa vacanza trascurata 9 mesi l'anno e poi messa a disposizione del turista in uno stato di incuria e mancata manutenzione. L'immobile fa parte di un Residence molto bello, curato e tranquillo e gode di un parcheggio riservato. La posizione è molto buona, in pratica si è a 10 minuti di auto dalla Torba e a 5 minuti di auto da Capalbio Scalo. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e...

"A great place for a beach holiday. Just steps to clean, beautiful sandy beach. The host was so responsive and quick to resolve any issues. There is noise (music and voices) from the roof-top restaurant just 15 feet (5 meters) away from the apartment's patio. And from the interior courtyard of the building."

Dommage que le spa ne fonctionnait pas, il manque un peu de vaisselle pour une si grande maison et un-deux parasols pour le bord de la piscine. Sinon c’était parfait. De bons montant de partage. "Small room with very hard uncomfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom OK. Hotel is new but is situated between a main road & a train line so nowhere is really quiet. There was grit on the floor but otherwise clean. The girl who initially received us was very grumpy. "
