Clean, friendly and modern
Such friendly staff in all department - especially the lady in the reception who received us. Great breakfast, great rooms, great pool, great area. Would stay again!

This is a nice hotel, reasonably priced and is well located. It has great staff who are prepared to go the extra mile to accommodate the clients needs. It's easy to recommend it.

Friendly staff at reception. Easy to check in. Decent sized room, nice bathroom with modern walk in shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. Hot & cold food selection, fruit, cereal, 3 different fruit juices, bread and cakes. Nice clean pool area with easy access to the pool. Comfortable sun loungers with parasols and 3 double cabana beds. Reasonably priced drinks at the poolside bar. Will definitely look to stay here again.

nice vibe
A nice central hotel in Tossa de Mar. Friendly staff and overall a fine stay, I would kindly suggest, however, that the hotel do away with nickel-dime add-ons, specifically the cost of replacing pool towels (1 euro). Very good breakfast and nice vibe to the place.

Great location near to beach and old town. Very friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds and nice breakfast. Only minor area for improvement was the very limited satellite TV in English language (2 stations) compared with large range in other languages.

Another lovely stay
Always a warm welcome from all staff who we now see as friends ❤️ Boutique feel hotel with a great bar and relaxed pool area. Rooms comfy, good bathroom with some basic toiletries, comfy bed, good AC and a fridge with 2 soft drinks and 2 water topped up daily. Exceptionally clean 👍 Breakfast had a good seelction of cereals, bread, fruits, yogs, meat and cheses. Also salads and hot options. Fresh orange not always the same, sometimes seemed watered down so not as good. Having cava is always welcomed though! 😁 Bar service friendly with an excellent choice of drinks at really good prices. Opens late morning until closing time so drinks available all day 👌

I looked for a hotel that had parking because that had been challenging for us during our trip. I could be wrong but when we booked I am pretty sure that the description said free-self parking. That was why I booked it. When we arrived we were told on-site parking was 15 Euros a night. This soured our first impression of the hotel. I was not impressed by either of the front desk staff I dealt with during our stay, but the housekeeping and restaurant staff were wonderful.

Hotel Windsor is a great place to stay.The staff were all very helpful, our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. There was a vast choice at breakfast. The Hotel Widsor also adds a few very nice touches with a free daily beach towel swap (just a deposit requred) Free soft drinks in the mini bar in your room that were replaced daily, safety deposit box in your room (free of charge). Staff on duty 24 hrs. Overall the Hotel Windsor gets my highest recomendation, a terrific place to stay.
