Very average
I thought all of the rooms were new like my last stay but there were not. So no ones fault, I wouldn't stay again as the bedrooms need a upgrade. The staff were pleasant but not very knowledge able about the area or even about common tourist information. The breakfast was very average, the gym very good.

To start with check in. Zoe and Alex was extremely friendly and welcoming made me and my partner happy specially after a delay flight. If you drive and park at the hotel be aware they use a car elevator. Our small SUV Hybrid rental worked fine. Large SUVs may need to park on the street. Quiet, well located hotel with a friendly staff.

Honest review. The bad This hotel needs work and they are slowly renovating rooms ( only 2 so far on 6th floor ). Wallpaper is Pealing everywhere. Water damage is obvious Pool staff could be more attentive. They all look like they don’t want to be there … polite nonetheless Water in the pool is very cold at all times The Good Premium room was Very large and the AC worked well Rooftop pool offers great views. Location of hotel is perfect. The reception staff is SUPER. They are very helpful Lionel messie should invest in his hotel… bit embarrassing for him really

I love the MiM and this was my fourth stay here. However, I was placed in Room 208 and I would avoid this if you can. The most bizarre thing is that the bathroom/toilet doesn't have a door. The staff at reception told me that it was removed to make the room more accessible – I'm not sure I buy that as having stayed here previously, these are usually sliding doors. I had booked my room as a twin and I don't think there's anything particularly good about sharing a room without a toilet door! Another slight gripe was that it's the only room that has a palm tree right outside it. When I stayed there it was quite windy, so the leaves were banging against the window all night. I appreciate that's nature, but with the bizarre no toilet door scenario, it made this stay less fun.

Best Hotel in Sitges but could use an Update
The front desk staff and cleaning services at the hotel couldn’t have been better. Front desk were lovely and very helpful and our room and common areas were always beautifully cleaned. Some of the room features could use updating, no USB charging, must use adaptor plugs for every device. We booked a King Size bed, this turned out to be 2 beds pushed together with a mattress topper that didn’t fully cover both beds which was not the best. The bedside tables were scratched and needed replacing. Generally still the best hotel in Sitges but definitely needs an update

Great hotel , close to the beach and restaurants . Clean , big bed and lovely sky bar . Pool very cold !!!!!! Breakfast could have more choice ( eggs for example ) but ok . Spa very nice , but had to ask for locker to put our things as not provided , also no towel provided !!? Massage very nice .

Pleasant and clean plus lovely view. Staff were helpful for check in but requested some extension for check out to leave my son in room till I finish my conference day at 4 pm but they only allowed till 13:00, which I believe still needs some flexibility esp with high rate charged and checked in very late originally so just few hours up to 4 hours in general is allowed by most high rated hotels hence we use them

Pleasant and comfortable stay.
I booked 5 rooms for family and friends and Alex provided good friendly service during my check-in. The room was available earlier, which was appreciated. Only one bottle of complimentary water was given, even though there were 2 persons in my room and only on the first day. The day/ lace curtains in my room could not close fully as it would appear that either the rollers are jammed or they were too short to overlap. It needs to be changed/ refreshed. Water flowed out from the shower cubicle onto the floor in the bathroom as I could see that the rubber trim at the bottom of the sliding door was a little worn. I had to carefully avoid standing too close to the door when I showered subsequently and folded the floor mat to create a dam of sorts! The buttons for the lift, especially the one on the right, did not light up and I noticed I had to press the "up" button on the left to go downstairs; does it mean one has to call for the lift to come up to my floor to go down? More vegetables like cucumber, carrots and lettuce should be included in the breakfast spread as there was a lot of meat and cheese and eggs but not vegetables at all! There were fruits and yogurt available too -thank goodness! The lady at the restaurant was always smiling and friendly, which was great to start the day off with a smiling face. Overall it was a pleasant stay at this hotel and I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Super nice hotel. Definitely get a suite. The other rooms are really small. Breakfast was just ok. Probably better to walk and get some breakfast elsewhere. Its about 3 blocks from the shops and 2 blocks from the beach. The spa is TOTALLY worth a visit. Best massage my husband and I have ever had and the relaxation pools are amazing. Rooftop bar has great views of the sea.

Great property. It is located on the nicer end of the beach walk so it doesn’t get a lot of traffic or noise. The staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions. As in any other hotel in Spain, they could offer more complementary bottles of water.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Sitges steps away from the beach and restaurants. Beautiful room and great service. The roof top pool bar is stunning!!!

The rooftop pool is nice but there aren’t many beds and it is only waist high. Great location though and a solid 4 stars
