"The hotel itself is fine--polite staff, decent rooms (we were actually upgraded to a better room when we found that ours had two single beds instead of the requested double bed), and a good range of food choices at breakfast/dinner. The location is absolutely lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed renting bikes and riding along the oceanside bike/walking path. Downsides? It's odd that you have to pay to use the safe in the room. Most disappointing however was the 'couples healthy back massage' that...

Lovely independent hotel
"We had a very comfortable stay in this charming well located hotel. Staff were very welcoming & helpful. Enjoyed drinks on roof terrace. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. If you’re looking for a big luxury hotel with pool, restaurants etc this is not for you. If you’re looking for character, charm, location & friendliness this is the one. Perfect for us!"
