Ideal serene location but central and close to bus stops, ferry to Valletta, restaurants, cafes, shops, historic and culture centres. Contains a large private and secluded open-air terrace with dining area and views of the harbour and port activities. Own bathroom, washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet with working desk. Minimalist industrial style designer finish. The space It's much more than just a room with a bathroom: This top floor accomodation served with lift comes with what you need to relax or be productive: A dedicate folding working desk with blazing speed internet access, wired ethernet, USB charging points and universal sockets that keeps you productive: Ideal for the Digital Nomad. A parking area is 50 meters up the street. Pharmacies, shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away, while bus stop, groceries, cafe and snack bars a 1 minute walk. The lovely ferry to Valletta is only a 5 minute walk. In 10 minutes you will be in Valletta. Other things to note The room is set within a minimal industrial style design compatible with the port and harbour atmosphere that lies outside. The amazing hustle and bustle of the Harbour and Shipyard is there right in front of you. At times during normal working hours, this interesting activity can generate some noise. However, the double glazing ensures a quite and serene time while still enjoying the beautiful views.
