The historical house "La Casa del Nonno" is a comfortable, semi-detached property with a large garden, patio, terrace, and outdoor furniture. It offers a yard, internet WiFi, and parking for your vacation rental. The property is surrounded by trees and has a wildlife garden, planted inner courtyard, and natural garden area.

You can enjoy the private, fenced 130 m2 natural garden with wildlife and trees. Relax on the patio, terrace, or use the garden furniture and barbecue. The property also features a planted inner courtyard and storage rooms for bicycles and skis.  
  
Other Information  
The house has three storeys and is situated at 231 m above sea level in a quiet, sunny residential area of Cosio Valtellino, Italy. It is located in a cul-de-sac, 600 m from the town center, and 1.4 km from Morbegno's center. The owner lives on the same property, and a gardener maintains the garden.

Within a short distance, you'll find grocery stores (500 m), a supermarket (200 m), restaurants, and bars (500 m). Nearby attractions include Fly Emotion (Zipline) 12 km away, Ponte Tibetano Ponte nel Cielo 19 km away, Val di Mello 24 km away, and Sondrio 29 km away. The Bernina Express train from Tirano to St. Moritz is 60 km away. Popular ski regions like Campodolcino (46 km) and Madesimo (53 km) are easily accessible. Lake Como is just 16 km away. You will be staying in a spacious 3-room house that spans across 3 levels and covers an area of 105 square meters. The layout features an entrance hall, a living/dining room of 19 square meters with an open-hearth fireplace solely for decorative purposes, and a dining table. One of the large rooms measures 28 square meters and has a ceiling height ranging from 110 to 290 centimeters, accommodating a bed, a double bed, a shower, a bidet, a toilet, and a television. This room also has an exit leading to the garden. Additionally, there is a small kitchenette equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and complimentary Bialetti coffee capsules.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation property includes various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning and washing machines are available for your convenience. Outdoor amenities include a barbecue, a private patio, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity is 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at your disposal.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor features an additional shower, bidet, and toilet, while the second upper floor houses a double bedroom of 19 square meters with sloping ceilings, a television, and air conditioning. The floors are a combination of wooden and natural stone, reflecting a rustic and comfortable ambiance in the country house style. Exterior spaces include 2 balconies, a small terrace, and a large garden with terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, deck chairs, and a covered balcony. The property offers stunning views of the mountains and the valley. Additional facilities provided are a washing machine, a children's high chair, a baby cot, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Please note that this property is suitable for families and only non-smokers are allowed. A maximum of 1 pet or dog is permitted, and the property has a private entrance. When fewer guests than the maximum capacity are staying, not all bedrooms may be available for use.
