Excellent service. From the moment I arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations.Valeria and Vincenzo are very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay. Very attentive and responsive. Valeria herself picked me up at the train station and drove me to her wonderful hotel that is located at the center of the city, next to shops, restaurants and walking distance to the Santuario of San Francesco di Paola. My room was very comfortable, clean and large with a lovely balcony. Thank you very much!

Great location. Very clean and comfortable room. The desk staff was friendly and breakfast delicious. Would definitely stay here again if I get back to Paola.

Very nice and helpful staff. Our train was late but the owner still met us and transported us to the hotel. Easy walk up to the San Francesco santuario from the hotel. Bed very comfortable, we slept with the windows open to the cool night air. Nice little balcony with birds singing in the trees.

Room was clean and just as described. Breakfast was very good. Elevator helped since we were on the 4th floor. Parking was very close. Air conditioned and VERY comfortable bed!

Great, loved it.
Lovely place in a great location close to the busy backstreets of Paola. Both staff I met were great, very helpful with everything. Breakfast was flexible as was checkout (within reason of course). Only a couple of negatives which were I couldn't get the wifi to work but I think that language barrier with the password and also I wasn't sure that my door (room XII) was locked from the inside, not that there is anything to be afraid of, just some feedback. All in all great experience. Sorry to have only stayed for one night.

Thank you very much for your feedback about our hotel. It is a pleasure when our hosts appreciate our hotel. Regarding the wifi is work fine in all the hotel maybe you have wrong the password. The door is authomatically locked when you close the door and it is impossible open it out the room.

Beautiful stay at old town Paola
Very comfortable room, spacious. Vincenzo was very kind and explained where and how to move around the beautiful old town of Paola, including my visit to the St. Francesco sanctuary.

Taxi ride from train, beautiful ocean view
Although the hotel states that it is close to the train station, it is really not at all.(not a walkable distance, anyway.)  It is way up the hill, and the route is not at all direct.  We opted for taking a taxi for a reasonable flat in-town fare, and it was money well spent.  Room was big, had a great a wonderful ocean view.  Bed was comfortable. Seemed recently renovated.  Staff did not speak English.  Breakfast had very tasty homemade jams.

Nice hotel
Very nice room in a nice part of the village. The manager is very service minded but does not speak much english. However, it works anyway. Be prepared that if you arrive by train a taxi may be impossible to find. We were lucky. We called the manager who had a friend who came and picked us up. It is not that far but it is uphill from the station. On our way back we walked.

Struttura pulita, camera enorme e bagno molto spazioso. Stanza che ti accoglie con un piacevole profumo che ti rilassa e ti mette a tuo agio. Il personale è estremamente gentile. Un ringraziamento particolare alla titolare che ha dimostrato un'attenzione al cliente di primo livello. Nelle immediata vicinanze della struttura si trovano molti ristoranti e bar.

Het is een knus hotelletje op een prima plaats gelegen vlak bij het centrum. Parkeerplaats voor de deur ( zeldzaam ) Erg leuke en nette kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaresse doet alles zelf en is goed voor een praatje. Zeker een aanrader.

Grazioso hotel in centro a Paola
Il nostro soggiorno si è rivelato molto gradevole. Albergo a conduzione famigliare con poche stanze, ma davvero confortevoli e funzionali. Le stanze erano molto confortevoli e climatizzate. La colazione aveva poca scelta, ma tutte le mattine erano presenti brioches calde e fragranti.

Per chi soggiorna a Paola
L'hotel Sant'Agostino è a conduzione familiare. Le stanze sono sufficientemente spaziose e soprattutto pulite e confortevoli. Ok anche la colazione. Davvero straordinaria la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari sempre presenti e disposti a dare aiuti (per chi arriva in treno è possibile avere gratuitamente il trasporto da e per la stazione ferroviaria) informazioni e consigli. Davvero fanno di tutto per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i 2 dager på dette hotellet. Har aldri før opplevd bedre service fra personale på noen andre hotell. Vi ble kjørt og hentet alle steder vi ønsket å besøke. De ville ikke godta noen betaling for den servicen.

Einfacher Standard, zentrale Lage!
Der Empfang war unpersönlich, obwohl wir meistens die einzigen Gäste des Hotels waren. Im Badezimmer funktionierte das Licht nicht, wurde jedoch umgehend repariert. Im Zimmer vermissten wir einen Tisch/ Schreibtisch. Zustand und Mobiliar sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück bot wenig Auswahl, der Orangensaft war an einem Tag bereits sauer.

Vielen Dank für einen Kommentar zu unserem Hotel zu verlassen. Sie in der Regel sagen uns, dass das Hotel sehr einladend. Wie für die Glühbirne im Bad, wie Sie Sie geschrieben haben, wurde es sofort geändert. Im Zimmer gibt es eine sehr große Schreibtisch ist, der auch als Tisch verwendet werden kann, gibt es keine klare Ihren Kommentar zu diesem Thema.

Centralt med bra parkering
Bra och centralt läge, Rummen var bra med fin utsikt över takåsarna och havet. I receptionen talade man inte engelska. Portiern rökte ständigt och rök spred sig i hela trapphuset. Inte möjligt att få frukost på hotellet trots att det fanns dukat bord i receptionen (språksvårigheter?) Mycket bra parkering utanför hotellet.

l'hotel è ben posizionato a 1 minuto di macchina dal santuario, non raggiungibile a piedi se non si è veri sportivi data la notevole salita. a 5 minuti di macchina dal mare ma in pieno centro dove si trova, raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 5 minuti, l'area turistica della città di Paola oltre a ristoranti, bar e pub. il personale è squisito, la colazione minimale ma ottima, le marmellate eccellenti e la camera ampia e confortevole, il bagno molto comodo. unici lati negativi la strada per raggiungere l'hotel è poco comoda, stretta e la connessione wi fi è praticamente assente.
