This home has off street parking, 2 levels, newer cabinets, recently updated main bath, and window unit air conditioners. Please note that because of this property\`s convenient location, you may experience road noise. Please also note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. Please note for the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras facing the street. Need more space? It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you\`re out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. It is located on a highway; the road noise is loud inside the house. It is also located next to a large construction site, which is also a source of daytime noise. We stayed two nights. The second night, the apartment in the basement was rented to a group who arrived around 1:00 am and partied very loudly until around 4:00 am. The connecting stairway from the basement is not insulated, it sounded like the party was in our kitchen. Our space was also filled with the odor of marijuana and cigarette smoke.
