Au jour d'arrivée avons du rappeler le propriétaire pour avoir eau chaude et chauffage +problème de pompe à eau. Avons décidé de quitter les lieux après une nuit d'occupation, alors que nous avions payé un séjour de 2 semaines. Cerise sur le gâteau, au départ le propriétaire nous a remis 70€ sur les 200 de caution demandés à l'arrivée!! Totale déconfiture pour nous qui adorons la Toscane. ##### Francis W. Das Haus bietet alles was es braucht und vor allem der Garten u. der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist trotz der sehr ländlichen Umgebung gut an die Infrastruktur angebunden. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten im kleinen Ort Chianacce und mit dem Auto kann man alle nähergelegenen Städte, Ausflugsziele etc. erreichen. ##### Sarina U. Der Besitzer ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns frisches Gemüse gebracht, die Verwalterin ist äusserst zuvorkommend. Für den relatv hohen Preis dürfte das Mobiliar jedoch in einem besseren Zustand sein. Es hat keine bequemen Sessel im Aussenbereich um gemütlich zu sitzen, die sonnenliegen sind etwas gammlig und die Pfannen in der Küche praktisch unbrauchbar zum kochen. ##### Stefan M. Séjour de 11 nuits en juin 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Danny Z. 22 juill. 2023 #### Redelijk vakantiehuis mer geweldige tuin en zwembad Een spartaans vakantiehuis met een prachtige tuin en heerlijk zwembad. Het huis zelf is gedateerd en bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen. Boven kan je slapen met een gezin aangezien daar een airco is die redelijk werkt. Beneden geen airco dus vrij warm en muffig (was voorheen de stal). Eigenaar erg aardig kwam verse groenten uit eigen kas brengen en deed alles om het ons naar de zin te maken. Deborah, het aanspreekpunt, was zeer behulpzaam en aardig. Locatie huis is prima. Redelijk in de buurt van een aantal mooie steden dus genoeg uitvalmogelijkheden. ##### Danny Z. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Sibylle A. 29 mai 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### So ein grosser Umschwung nur für uns alleine 😃 Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus, vor allem das Schwimmbad war eine coole Sache.
