I set the filter to “air conditioning”, since I knew it would be hot. The company managing this rental listed this property as such. And there is a little AC in the kitchen. But it does not work much at all. Either terribly undersized or something wrong with it. It was 30C/86F in the bedroom at night. I barely slept.I contacted the rental company and they were zero help. I then reached out to VRBO which prompted the rental company to give me a fan the next day. So now I had 30C hot air being blown around. Another night of very poor sleep.This rental company was defensive, non-caring and dismissive.They call themselves “Rent in Tuscany Italian Tour Operator” on Whatsapp, number 390575969415.Do yourself a favor and avoid them, so you don’t have to fight for your rights as a renter during your vacation. ##### Mario V. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The space is comfortable and well done. Be aware tho that you are situated directly in the piazza and there is noise late into the night and starts out early in the morning due to the cafe right below. On the flip side you’re close to restaurants, the market, the bus stop; the location is ideal. We loved our stay and highly recommend the unit, and almost forgot, the management staff were very helpful with all our questions and were such a big help to us. ##### Grace R.
