In a small rural & agricultural hamlet typical of the Clunysoise countryside, adjoining the heart of the picturesque protected village of Cortevaix, rich in beautiful historic buildings carefully restored. Soothing hilly landscaped surroundings, combining bocage meadows, vineyards & forests, nestled in the heart of the green Guye valley (& its fish-filled river), at the foot of a gentle mountain sheltering a vast wild forest massif with a "belvedere panoramic" at its summit, as well as a "rare" biotope protected in ZNIEFF for its rich fauna and flora. Spacious, comfortable gîte. Beautiful volumes. Warm country character, enhanced by the 100% exotic soul of the place (conservation of the rich traces of the original building: fireplace mantle, stone walls & window lintels, beams, etc.).
