Ein Treppenhaus - dem Verfall preisgegeben: abblätternder Verputz und Farbe. Als nächstes 110 Stufen - kein Lift - bis man das Apartment erreicht hat. Dann steht man plötzlich in einer adretten Wohnung, die fast der Anzeige im Internet entspricht. Lediglich dort, wo eine Stehlampe auf dem Foto zu sehen ist, steht eine mobile Klimaanlage, deren Abluftschlauch durch das offene Dachfenster geht. Als Abdichtung dient ein Stück Stoff. Hoffentlich regnet es nicht, das Fenster kann man nämlich nicht schließen. In der Nacht Musik und Lärm vom nahen Zentrum bis nach Mitternacht. Wir haben uns trotzdem nicht die Laune verderben lassen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles, was man braucht - vom Geschirrspülmittel bis zum Toilettenpapier, sogar einige Nahrungsmittel - sind vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist nett und fragt mehrmals nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wer also sportlich ist, alte verfallende Gebäude liebt und einen gesunden Schlaf hat, ist hier gut aufgehoben. ##### Evelyn B. Sehr zu empfehlen an Mieter die sich nicht scheuen 4 Stockwerke im Treppenhaus, das mit Sicherheit auch Napoleon schon kannte, hochzulaufen.
