La posizione è ottima per raggiungere le varie spiagge del salento Si trova appena sopra la litoranea ma in un minuto di auto si raggiunge il paese dove sono presenti supermercati, banche, poste ecc. La disponibilità dei proprietari è esemplare, sempre disponibili per consigli, indicazioni ecc.
