Great full kitchen. It was clean! Awesome storage closet full of beach and pool toys but we didn't use them. We brought our own. Due to erosion we had some stickiness and faulty locks/doorknobs but Richard was accessible and helpful. We would suggest bringing a small stool for littles to reach bathroom sinks and nightlights. The place was just as described and had everything we needed. Having 2 pool areas was a huge plus! The view of the beach and the boardwalk from the third balcony was much better than pictured. They clean the pool everyday and it is a short walk to the beach. The property has everything that you need and more. There is a coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies. They provide beach chairs, toys, and floats which is super thoughtful and convenient. The unit is clean and has an awesome view of the pool and beach. Parking is not crowded and we felt our vehicles were safe and secure. The unit is located on the second and third floor with the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom on the 2nd floor and the other bedrooms on the 3rd floor. It took us awhile to get our ducks in a row, but we finally did. We spent 5 days and 4 nights in this vrbo on the beach, and it was lovely. Very clean, very roomy, so many appliances in the kitchen, so close to the beach, perfectly placed in Port A! We birded at the bird sanctuary, spent tons of time on the beach (so relaxing), ate in and out, went to the TX State Aquarium in Corpus, and had some amazing bonding time. It was a perfect get- away and a wonderful way to celebrate our sons' accomplishments! ##### Shana D.
