We felt like we could reach out and we did. Pool area beautiful and clean! We would have liked written instructions on the thermostat and the tv. The WiFi sent to me before the stay was incorrect. Quiet complex with easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.The only slight issues were the property could have been cleaner at check in and with the rain, the WIFI and backup WIFI were out for 2 days. This made it hard to relax and watch TV after a long day at the beach because all the TVs are smart TVs. Be sure to have your Roku log in handy if you have one to make access to the TVs easier. Avantstay certainly steps it up as a property group. Great welcome package and the house was clean and nice. Loved having access to a garage and storage for our beach things.
