One bedroom condo that sleeps four. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa bed in the living room. Great location and lots of amenities. Fishing pond, clubhouse, pool with hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ grill, 24 hour workout room and business center all within a few steps of the condo. Laminate flooring, fully furnished with a 39" flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom. Ready for your long-term winter get-away, vacation or weekend of relaxing or fun. There is a view of the canal from the balcony. Rate includes electric, water, sewer, cable TV, and WI-FI. There are no lodging taxes for rentals of 30 days or longer. Includes all bed and bath linens, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small appliances such as, toaster, coffee pot, mixer, blender and hairdryer. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit.
